One of the best ska-punk bands in the country...
Formerly known as Duff Muffin, THE JB Conspiracy formed 6 years ago in leafy Surrey. They picked up some instruments, learnt to play them, and fused influences from some of their favourite bands (Less Than Jake, Specials, Catch 22, RX Bandits) with their own style and became the band they are today. Shows and tours with the likes of Slackers, Capdown, Slow Gherkin, Ad7 and Streelight Manifesto saw them polish their live show and have a reputation for a crowd of skankers wherever they went...
With serious social/political messages, but also a lot of fun, they now have the recording their potential always promised. This will be 2007's stand-out ska-punk release.

The mix of guiding vocals, choppy strings and beats over a big brass sound makes you want to skank like your life depends on it. Listening to their music is almost like attending a political rally. Like The Redskins, they really mean it. Promoting the refreshing sentiments of belief, love and unity, it's a call to arms for the apathetic. - subba-cultcha
